Production Line Installation Engineer - Join Our Team

This role oversees the installation of production lines and associated machinery within a plant. It ensures all activities adhere to company design standards, regulatory compliance, and are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop technical designs for the installation of production lines and equipment.
  • Manage project timelines, set critical milestones, and track progress towards successful project completion.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety and health compliance.
  • Collaborate with equipment manufacturers and vendors from multiple countries.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and global counterparts.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with equipment installation and team coordination.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with external vendors.
  • Develop strategies to resolve challenges during project execution.
  • Evaluate construction and installation plans for feasibility and compliance.
  • Coordinate between internal departments and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in production line or equipment installation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with greenfield project setups (preferred).
  • Project Management Certification is an advantage.
  • Licensed engineer in a relevant field.
