Position Title: Interior Designer (Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom)

Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PH Time

Quick Rundown:

Hep Kitchens & Hep Bathrooms are trusted retailers of kitchens, bathrooms, and associated products. Alongside our retail showroom, we offer professional design, sales, and installation services. We are seeking a Remote Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Designer to join our growing team and support both customers and internal departments with expert design and project management.

What Youll Do:

• Design & Planning
• Creating high-quality kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom designs using CAD
• Customer Service & Sales Support
• Preparing and sending quotations.
• Responding to customer enquiries with accurate information.
• Keeping customers updated on order progress and deliveries.
• Order & Project Management
• Processing orders, payments, and delivery schedules on company systems.
• Managing delivery and installation timelines.
• Handling after-sales and fitter enquiries.
• Overseeing projects from initial enquiry to final installation completion.
• Team & Showroom Support
• Booking Teams meetings, scheduling tasks, and setting reminders.
• Ensuring showroom staff have all required designs and details ahead of customer appointments.
• Assisting with marketing and promotional design materials.
• Supporting the accounts team with product data and costs.
• Attending training for new products and technologies.Working Hours & Location
• Remote-based role, with occasional travel for training.
• Office hours: Monday Saturday, 07:00 to 18:00 GMT.
• Shifts: Minimum 40 hours per week (shift pattern to be agreed and may vary basedon business needs).

What Were Looking For:

• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong grammar skills.
• Exceptional organization and time management abilities.

• Strong IT proficiency, including:

• Advanced CAD skills

• Intermediate-level MS Office skills
• Cyncly Winner Flex, Cyncly Simply Plan, and Rhino 8
• Excellent internet research ability.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid background in furniture and construction, with an understanding of joinery, furniture assembly, and installation.
