Expert IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support and guidance to users, ensuring high availability and reliability of systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants for multiple customers, including Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, software, and hardware.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Manage network servers and technology tools.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
  • Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and changes via helpdesk tickets and project reports.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams admin portals.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Scripting.
  • Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Apple, etc.) and virtualization technologies.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management, and security.
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and MDM software is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
