Cloud Infrastructure Architect Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of digital technology solutions. As a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer, your responsibilities will span across multiple facets of cloud and infrastructure management.
- You will be responsible for designing and implementing automated cloud application platforms using cutting-edge containerized architectures. This will involve migrating workloads to containers, integrating container platforms with CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring seamless deployment of applications.
- As a subject matter expert, you will mentor junior developers in best practices for CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps and GitLab. Your expertise will help teams navigate complex pipeline configurations and ensure efficient automation.
- Design, build, manage, and operate continuous delivery frameworks and tools. You will act as a liaison between development and operations teams, fostering collaboration and driving innovation.
- Develop and implement scalable infrastructure as a service (IaaS) layers that support various platform services. This includes hosted and cloud-based platforms that cater to diverse business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine continuous delivery pipelines. Your focus will be on streamlining the lifecycle of platform components, from development to production deployment.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about DevOps and has a strong foundation in cloud technologies. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps operations, including automation and CI/CD pipeline building.
- 3+ years of experience with Docker as a developer.
- Proficiency with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), including Operator installs, Helm charts, Cluster installs, job configuration, and monitoring.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and GitLab, as well as CI/CD processes.
- Skilled in automating application deployments via CI/CD pipelines using best practices and open-source tooling.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team members, vendors, and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
This role offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing you to work from home while maintaining productivity and collaboration. The schedule is flexible, with core hours from 4 PM-1 AM MNL / 4 AM EST to 1 PM EST, and occasional adjustments during scheduled deployments.
