Business Analyst Role

We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and collaborate with our Customer Success Team to develop standardized solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and Configuration: Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems to complete implementation projects. Work closely with clients to analyze their operational needs and understand business objectives.
Customer Communication:
  • Inform Customers: Keep customers and stakeholders informed of project progress and track implementation to ensure deadlines are met.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:
  • Resolve Issues: Research, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on customer issues related to change events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience or equivalent experience.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
