  • Schedule Coordination: Efficiently schedule meetings with clients and team members.
  • Manage Reports: Prepare reports on key metrics and performance indicators within specified deadlines.
  • Virtual File Management: Maintain organized and easily accessible virtual files.
  • Administrative Tasks: Oversee administrative tasks, including email correspondence and calendar appointments.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and software such as Google Workspace and Zoom.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • A headset with a noise-canceling feature and a high-definition webcam.
