Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Transcription: Accurately transcribe various documents, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Preparing paperwork: Organize and prepare necessary documents, maintaining a neat and organized workspace.
  • Scheduling consultation with clients: Coordinate client appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Preparing and emailing weekly reports: Compile and send regular reports to stakeholders, providing valuable insights into project progress.
  • Updating virtual files: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records, streamlining workflow processes.
  • Build ongoing task list: Develop and prioritize tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee administrative tasks: Supervise and coordinate administrative duties, promoting efficiency and productivity.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and location considerations.
