Responsibilities:

    • Call Preparation: Efficiently prepare daily call lists, meeting agendas, and necessary materials, guaranteeing all parties are well-informed.
  &nbspi> Schedule Coordination: Coordinate meetings with clients and team members, managing time slots to accommodate everyone's needs and adjusting as necessary.
    • Report Management: Prepare comprehensive reports on key metrics and performance indicators within specified deadlines.
    • Virtual File Management: Maintain virtual files to ensure information remains organized and easily accessible.
    • Administrative Tasks: Oversee various administrative tasks, including email correspondence and calendar appointments, ensuring efficient execution.

Requirements:
