Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and team members.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and messages.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in planning and coordinating office events and team activities.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Ensure a tidy and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
