We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team in Davao. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments, and providing administrative support to the finance team.

Job Description:

  • Assist the Finance and Accounting department with various clerical tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including coordinating travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, and handling correspondence.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, particularly Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not required, but relevant skills and knowledge are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Location: Davao (with possible assignment at F2 Logistics, Dona Pilar)
