Our solutions help companies create and order custom print and promotional items while ensuring brand consistency, allowing small resellers to focus on their business.
- We provide ProShop for creating custom print and promotional items, and ProAdvantage for order fulfillment.
- The Senior Account Manager will operate as the lead point of contact for partner matters.
- Onboard partners and proactively research client needs.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to partner objectives.
- Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track account metrics, reviewing sales reports to determine account management strategy.
- Effectively handle escalations and difficult conversations.
- 3-5 years of Account Management experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or related CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Commercial targets and fast-paced eCommerce environment experience desirable.
- Strong project management skills.
- Problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
- Understanding of graphic design, pre-press, print & manufacturing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fast-learning and flexible in an ever-evolving environment.
- Desire to succeed in a high-velocity sales environment.
- A self-starter mindset and positive attitude.
- Highly organized and process-oriented.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
