Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to become a primary point of contact for clients in the insurance industry. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that client needs are met with tailored solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing their accounts, and providing exceptional service while supporting sales and business development efforts.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for preparing quotes with multiple carriers, comparing and reviewing quotes, and entering information into the management system.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • You will serve as the primary liaison between our company and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
    • You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
    • You will educate clients on policy options, renewals, and changes.
  • Policy Management
    • You will review and manage existing insurance policies to ensure they meet client needs.
    • You will assist with policy renewals, amendments, and endorsements.
    • You will conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • You will collaborate with sales teams to develop new business opportunities.
    • You will cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
    • You will provide quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to individual client needs.
  • Administrative Support
    • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions.
    • You will process applications, claims, and other insurance documentation efficiently.
    • You will monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Problem Resolution
    • You will handle complex client issues and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner.
    • You will liaise with underwriters, carriers, and other stakeholders to address client concerns.
    Requirements
    • You should have experience in insurance account management or a similar role.
    • You should be proficient in CRM systems and insurance management software.
    • You should have AMS 360 experience.
    • You should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
    • You should have exceptional organizational skills and accuracy in managing client accounts.
