**Account Manager for Promotional Products**

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee key customer accounts on our platform. This person will be responsible for reviewing incoming orders, coordinating fulfillment with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-value client accounts
  • Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform
  • Routegoods to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows
  • Communicate with clients via email/Slack as needed
  • Handle escalations (e.g., delays, product issues) with internal support
  • Maintain accuracy across order details and documentation
  • Ensure timely execution of all project milestones
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting
  • Proficient in basic platforms/tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
