Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect Identification: Research diverse channels and strategies to find potential clients.
  • Client Engagement: Reach out via email, calls, and other platforms to introduce recruitment solutions and build interest.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build relationships with potential clients and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Organization: Maintain an updated CRM database with all interactions, insights, and progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to refine targeting, messaging, and lead-generation strategies.

As a Lead Generator, you will play a vital role in connecting businesses with top talent. Your excellent communication, research, and CRM expertise will be valuable assets in this position.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years in lead generation, with a focus on recruiting/staffing industry.
  • Proven Results: A track record of meeting or exceeding lead-generation targets.
  • Strong Skills: Excellent communication, research, and CRM skills are required.
  • Independence and Motivation: Comfortable working remotely and taking initiative to achieve goals.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with US-based recruiting practices is essential.
Benefits
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM MST (US Shift).
  • Pay: $600/month + commission pay.
