Procurement Expert

The Procurement Expert will be responsible for sourcing vendors and managing their relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing, qualifying, and managing vendors, contractors, and suppliers based on project requirements.
  • Maintaining a database of reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Providing procurement support in all pre-sales and procurement processes.
  • Conducting thorough analyses and comparisons of vendors.
  • Project and site support, including conducting site visits and monitoring project progress.
  • Preparing reports, documentation, and procurement records.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), or related courses.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in procurement, preferably in construction or related industry.
  • Background in procurement and construction is required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and other business tools.
