Procurement Expertise

This role entails strategic purchasing and operational management in line with Group Policies, Principles, Guidelines, and Procedures for Indirect Materials. It involves close collaboration with stakeholders and the procurement manager to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute indirect material purchases based on dialogue with user departments.
  • Source suppliers and negotiate agreements for designated categories.
  • Collaborate with user departments to ensure optimal specifications are in place.
  • Implement effective procurement strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage and execute orders, invoices, and global or regional agreements as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience in purchasing from a multinational company.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
