Procurement Expert

The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for managing the supplier selection process, contract and purchase order preparation, and administration of awarded purchase orders and contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads/participates in SCM processes including accreditation, sourcing, selection package preparation, pre-bidding, quote/bid evaluation, and recommendation.
  • Ensures compliance with procurement procedures.
  • Interfaces with stakeholders, project owners, and other departments to identify purchase orders and resolve issues.
  • Handles administration of all awarded purchase orders.
  • Leads/participates in procurement process review and continuous improvement initiatives, including compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree related to Engineering, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum three years of work experience in procurement operations and/or contract administration.
  • Ability to participate as lead or team member of multi-functional teams.
  • Possesses good negotiation skills and able to evaluate commercial offers from bidders/contractors.
  • Will be based in Mak-Ban Asset (Bay, Laguna).
