We are seeking a skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to support process enhancement initiatives and quality improvements in partnership with global stakeholders.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Process Improvement Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, measuring process efficiencies, and validating improvement benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Analyze data to measure process efficiencies and validate improvement benefits
  • Establish and maintain process governance and framework to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate teams on process improvement best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 5 years relevant experience in process improvement or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent
  • Knowledge of process analysis and improvement tools and techniques
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational goals and objectives
