Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in process improvement and sales operations, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with our sales leadership team to evaluate and improve our sales process, ensuring smooth and effective execution. This will involve analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing insights to inform strategic business decisions.

In addition to process improvement, the Business Process Support Specialist will also serve as a liaison between sales, customer success, marketing, operations, and product teams. They will coordinate sales forecasting, metrics development, trend reporting, and analysis, and communicate findings to sales management.

This role requires a proactive and self-directed individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and think critically to solve complex problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' work experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other internet applications
  • Prior experience working with SFDC and aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
