Senior Compliance Manager Role

This is a client-facing position in a rapidly expanding practice where you will build relationships with key stakeholders including management executives for globally recognized brands. This provides an opportunity to gain understanding of complex business transactions and recommend solutions to pressing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage delivery of SOX engagements including scoping test of design test of effectiveness and reporting for multiple processes across clients.
  • Provide guidance to team members to conduct effective assessments for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
  • Conduct control rationalization and standardization activities or redesign existing controls for business processes.
  • Evaluate control gaps and provide recommendations for remediation.
  • Define budgets track actuals against budget and plan resources.
Market Leadership and Client Management:
  • Develop executive-level skills in client relationship management and hold conversations with senior executives.
  • Partner with onshore teams to understand client business and industry trends.
  • Identify buyers influencers and stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Assist senior managers in driving account management agenda.
  • Contribute to new solution development based on industry trends and client needs.
Operational Excellence:
  • Improve engagement productivity and identify opportunities for enhancing client service.
  • Manage engagement budgets and ensure compliance with internal quality and risk management procedures.
People Related:
  • Display teamwork integrity and leadership and work with team members to set goals and responsibilities.
  • Utilize technology and tools to learn innovate and share knowledge with team members.
  • Understand EY service lines and encourage team members to contribute ideas.
  • Conduct workshops and technical training sessions for team members.
