Trainer Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions on product knowledge, call handling, customer service & technical support, sales techniques, and company processes.
- Assist in designing, developing, and updating training materials in line with business needs, process changes, and sales strategies.
- Conduct side-by-side coaching, one-on-one mentoring, and triage support for agents requiring additional guidance.
- Monitor agent performance by reviewing calls, chats, and sales interactions; provide constructive feedback to improve service quality and conversion.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Quality, and Operations teams to align training with current business trends, sales insights, and operational challenges.
- Document and communicate training updates, insights, and agent performance trends to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate training records including attendance, assessments, evaluations, and progress reports.
- Participate in calibration sessions with trainers, quality, and operations to ensure consistency in delivery and assessment standards.
- Measure training effectiveness through post-training evaluations, feedback collection, and performance monitoring.
- Identify opportunities for training process improvements and implement innovative, engaging training methods.
- Drive a sales-focused learning culture by embedding persuasive communication, consultative selling, and objection-handling techniques into training programs.

Job Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently facilitate training and coach individuals or groups.
- Good written communication skills for documentation, feedback, and updating training materials.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and for tasks, reporting and presentation development.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with trainers, agents, and managers.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage training schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service & technical support, or training is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, coaching methods, and virtual facilitation tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving training methods, business needs, and tools.
- Preferred candidates will have prior training background
