Job Title: Process Enhancement Specialist

The purpose of this role is to drive innovation and continuous improvement in business processes, ensuring streamlined operations, coordinated service delivery, and enhanced employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and evaluate all business processes and policies to ensure operational excellence and legislative compliance.
  2. Identify and deliver service improvement activities by employing process improvement methodologies.
  3. Act as the lead across multiple projects to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
  4. Undertake daily risk identification, measurement, mitigation, and reporting following a comprehensive Risk Management Framework.
  5. Support senior members in driving alignment of priorities with business leaders.
  6. Assist in developing project documentation aligned with company policies and methodologies.
  7. Support the facilitation of meetings and workshops as part of project management support.
  8. Encourage stakeholders and peers to adopt best practices.
  9. Resolve escalated complaints promptly.
  10. Maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders.
Work Experience:Necessary Work Experience:
  • Relevant work experience required.
Preferred Work Experience:
  • Experience within the insurance or Financial Services industry is desirable.
  • Managing relationships with internal and external customers at a senior level.
  • Understanding of the project lifecycle and process methodologies.
  • Identifying opportunities for systems changes and innovation to meet stakeholder, customer, and business needs.
Qualifications:Necessary Qualifications:
  • Tertiary degree or equivalent education and work experience combination.
