Job Title: Process Improvement Specialist

As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency by analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Process Enhancement
    • Analyze complex data to identify trends and optimize business processes.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements.
    • Translate stakeholder needs into actionable solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Operational Information Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date operational data across business areas.
    • Collaborate with business teams to leverage technology and optimize workflows.
    • Assist process owners in refining business operations and solving problems.
  • Process Workshops Facilitation
    • Lead workshops to redesign business processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
    • Guide stakeholders through process mapping and business process reengineering.
    • Provide training on relevant tools and methodologies for process improvement.
  • System Workflow Optimization
    • Identify and recommend best practices for application usage and system integration.
    • Assess complex processes and propose innovative alternatives to improve workflows.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, business process mapping, and workflow optimization.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
