Job Title: Senior Business Growth Leader

As a Senior Business Growth Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and strategic growth initiatives. You will lead a high-performing team of sales professionals, focusing on delivering exceptional results and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.


Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
