The role of Enterprise Administrator is to oversee the management of strategic restaurant accounts in Asia. This involves ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and deep utilization of client services.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth, the Enterprise Administrator will be responsible for building relationships, providing training, conducting business reviews, resolving issues, gathering feedback for product improvements, and devising account strategies.

This is a project-based position with the option to extend. The working hours are based in the London time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key clients across Asia
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive client growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and support to clients to enhance their use of our services

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Prior experience in quality assurance is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google suite
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the restaurant industry (in administrative capacity) is a plus
