Job Overview

The role of a Strategic Customer Growth Manager is pivotal in driving recurring revenue and software asset management for assigned customer accounts. Key responsibilities include cultivating strong customer relationships that foster retention and loyalty.

This involves possessing expertise in licensing, comprehending all owned assets within an account, and developing a profound understanding of complex software quoting.

  • Develop a robust knowledge base of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Annual Contract Value (ACV), and Total Contract Value (TCV) Revenue Models.
  • Collaborate with professional services, technical support, and regional sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
  • Maintain direct relationships with sales teams to drive expansions and provide expert guidance on client requests.
  • Evaluate at-risk accounts and implement targeted strategies or escalate as necessary.
  • Promote positive customer experiences by actively managing and growing customer relationships, including identifying key stakeholders.
  • Initiate the procurement/renewal process three months prior to the renewal date to guarantee timely renewals.
Required Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, applicants should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar capacity, such as Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, Support Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, or Sales Engineer.
  • In-depth knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Familiarity with other Privilege Access Service solutions like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, etc., is advantageous.
  • The ability to effectively communicate with complex clients at a director level.
  • Competency in Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and proficiency in working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
