Field Technician Role

This challenging role involves carrying out product demonstrations, retailer visits, and end-user engagements with consistency and professionalism.

  • Candidates will be responsible for implementing field programs effectively and providing technical support to enhance program execution.
  • They will also be required to monitor market dynamics, track competitor activities, and gather field intelligence to help shape the company's tactical and strategic responses.
  • Additionally, they will need to report field indicators, provide timely updates to supervisors on Move Out Sales (MOS), crop development stages, farmer practices, and area challenges.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field is highly desirable, as it supports a deeper understanding of crop science, pest and disease management, and the technical aspects of the product portfolio.
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, as frequent travel to farms, retail outlets, and dealer networks across assigned territory is required.
  • They should demonstrate a solid professional background, with a reputation for integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic in previous roles.
  • Candidates should also be capable of confidently delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
Location

Zamboanga North location requires flexible working hours from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
