Client Success Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Success Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Manage client onboarding, including setup, testing, and training.
  • • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • • 2+ years of experience in client success or a related field.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
