Job Title: Platform Dynamics Leader

Description

The role of Platform Dynamics Leader is a strategic leadership position that involves overseeing and enhancing the Dynamics platform for clients. This requires managing technical teams, leading solution architecture, ensuring best practices, and participating in presales engagements.

This leader will serve as a visible advocate for Experience Digital in the Dynamics ecosystem, positioned as a key executive. They will be responsible for team leadership and staff management, including leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing Dynamics team.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to ensure skills and certifications align with industry standards and client needs.
  • Solution Architecture: Define and guide the architectural vision, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across Dynamics solutions.
  • Business Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to align platform direction with business objectives, developing and maintaining a roadmap for Dynamics capabilities and enhancements.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, presenting Experience Digital's Dynamics capabilities.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Experience Digital at industry conferences and events to strengthen the company's reputation within the Dynamics and broader tech communities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dynamics and its applications, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. They must be committed to staying informed about the latest Dynamics updates, tools, and industry trends by attending training, certifications, and conferences.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing best practices, quality standards, and governance for Dynamics projects to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality.
