The Senior Cloud Solutions Expert will be a key member of our managed services team responsible for ongoing support, escalations, and proactive maintenance for clients' Azure platforms. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support for clients' Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including response to escalations from the monitoring team and resolving incidents for customers' infrastructure running in Azure.
- Communicating ticket status information to team members and escalating cases as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Interacting with clients to identify IT issues, troubleshoot promptly, and follow up on issues via email, ticketing system, and phone calls.
- Configuring, installing, and administering client systems in Azure to enhance clients' infrastructure.
- Configuring and tuning cloud-based tools, managing cost, security, and compliance for clients' environments.
- Executing monthly maintenance of Azure infrastructure, including patching, verification of anti-virus updates, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Maintaining updated documentation for each client's environment.
- Promoting best practices to enhance and improve organizational processes.
