Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Support Specialist to join our global support team. The successful candidate will work remotely to ensure that corporate Dynamics environments are efficient and user-friendly.

The ideal candidate will partner with the platform owner to identify best methods for supporting business goals with technology.

You will report to the IT Solutions Manager and be responsible for balancing enablement requests, platform upgrades, solution development, and platform integrations related to assigned projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain in-depth technical knowledge of business platforms to understand and represent business needs.
  • Participate in requirements gathering conversations and translate business needs into technical plans and designs.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to support existing and new business application needs.
  • Contribute to ongoing creation and maintenance of documentation, departmental procedures, and user guides on business processes and applications.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in technology, business, or related area of study and/or 5+ years of relevant experience in information technology.
  • Deep technical knowledge of corporate Dynamics environments and ancillary systems interacting with Dynamics.
  • Minimum 2-5+ years' experience implementing, configuring, and/or customizing Microsoft's Dynamics with large/enterprise companies.
  • 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Dataverse and the Microsoft Power Platform.
