Functional Consultant - Supply Chain Solutions

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a critical role in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solutions for our clients. This position involves working closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SUPPORT SALES TEAMS IN RESPONDING TO REQUESTS FOR PROPOSAL, FOCUSING ON FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUESTIONS.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to lead sales discovery sessions, determining possible solutions to customer needs and challenges.
  3. Develop business scenarios relevant to customers based on information gathered during discovery sessions.
  4. Configure D365 for various supply chain processes, including Order Management, Item Management, Inventory, Master Planning, Warehousing, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Manufacturing.
  5. Provide solution demonstrations and presentations using PowerPoint and live system walkthroughs.
  6. Document proposed Solution Overviews, including possible integrations, based on RFPs and Discovery sessions.
  7. Write design documents for customizations and reports for D365, capturing boundary conditions and test scenarios.
  8. Review design documents and ensure data mapping and integration mapping meet high standards.
  9. Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and training for D365 and associated systems for clients and team members.
  10. Conduct annual training sessions at Unify University.
  11. Write regular blog articles on D365 SCM functions for the Unify Dots blog.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, and Master Planning
  • Conversational skills in English
