Job Summary

The Account Growth Specialist position at CEO HARDWARE is designed to drive account growth and customer satisfaction through exceptional relationship-building skills and strategic planning.

  • DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS: Build and maintain effective relationships with assigned clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • ANALYZE CLIENT NEEDS: Understand client needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH: Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capture new business.
  • REPORT ON ACCOUNT STATUS: Prepare regular reports on account status and sales progress, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
