Account Growth Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Executive to join our team at 2RJS GROCERY PRODUCTS. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth and business expansion through effective account management.
About the Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet client needs, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Effectively manage multiple accounts, ensuring timely issue resolution and excellent service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
