Job Title: Client Success Manager

Description:

Bamboo Works is looking for a Client Success Manager to lead the handling of incoming leads, guide them through the early stages, and build strong relationships. The role will be client-facing and involve communicating with potential clients and ongoing contact once they partner with us.

This client-facing role will represent the quality and professionalism we stand for. Communication, professionalism, and intelligence are key aspects of this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needs and present our services confidently.
  • Guide clients through every step: from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding, ensuring seamless communication during the sourcing phase and managing follow-ups after candidate presentations.
  • Become the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts.
  • Handle administrative tasks including NDAs, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of leads and clients through consistent outreach and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English — both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional communication skills — structured, confident, and personable.
  • Professional presence — calm under pressure, clear, and trustworthy.
  • University degree — preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Tech-savvy and business-oriented — able to quickly grasp different industries and roles.
  • Empathetic sales approach — persuasive without being pushy.

Must-Have Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Skilled in conducting discovery/introduction calls and managing client accounts.
  • Proven success in managing the full client journey — from initial lead to long-term care.
  • Ability to nurture B2B relationships and drive client satisfaction over time.
