Job Summary

Services, grows and further deepens existing as well as new accounts / relationships of high net worth individuals that may be referred, assigned, transferred, or delegated to them.

How will you contribute?
  • Solicits new accounts and develops/deepens existing accounts to generate and meet targeted sales volume or assets under management (AUM) and revenues/income for the bank. Strives to capture a bigger share of clients' wallet to maximize opportunities and maintain a profitable relationship.
  • Develops and maintains a network of prospective clients and referrals. Plans and schedules calls/visits systematically. Conducts regular client interactions to identify investment needs, service requirements, and explore growth opportunities. Establishes clients' investment profiles, anticipates needs, and creates opportunities to sell more products and services.
  • Ensures complete and up-to-date client information in account opening documents, risk profiles, and transaction documentation. Complies with bank and government regulations, including BSP, KYC, and AMLA requirements.
  • Conducts sales coaching sessions for Relationship Associates to equip them for marketing products.
  • Provides professional account/relationship management and financial advisory services to foster client loyalty. Ensures excellent customer service through accurate and timely account servicing. Regularly recommends suitable products and services based on clients' investment needs and risk profiles. Keeps clients informed on financial market developments and opportunities, aiding informed investment decisions. Coordinates with other bank groups and affiliates for WM clients.

  • A team player confident in engaging clients to lead successful business transactions that contribute to business growth.
  • At least a 4-year degree in a business-related field.
  • Preferably Chinese-speaking.
