  • Preparing quotes with multiple carriers for insurance, comparing and reviewing quotes, entering information in the management system, preparing documents and applications for policy issuance, and sending emails">
  • Client Relationship Management

    • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly">
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty">
    • Educate clients on policy options, renewals, and changes">

  • Policy Management
    • ">
    • Review and manage existing insurance policies to ensure they meet client needs">
    • Assist with policy renewals, amendments, and endorsements">
    • Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions">

  • Sales and Business Development
    • ">
    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop new business opportunities">
    • Cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients">
    • Provide quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to individual client needs">

    • Process applications, claims, and other insurance documentation efficiently">
    • Monitor compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements">
