Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements across multiple departments.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Organizing and managing workflows and datasets to ensure information is properly structured and accessible
- Collaborating with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation to support data analysis and reporting
- Supporting data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tasks to inform strategic decision-making
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices across teams
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field
- At least 4-5 years of experience in an analytical or operations role
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to build and work with financial models and datasets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
