Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional with at least 5 years of experience in evaluating and analyzing financial performance and business operations.

The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a background in software-as-a-service (SaaS) and/or health-tech industries.

This role is critical in driving financial insights while also identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement across our business and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and return-on-investment assessments.
  • Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and growth.
  • Develop, monitor, and interpret financial and operational performance metrics, key-performance-indicators, and dashboards.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive financial and operational scalability.
  • Support strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives across product, sales, and operations.
  • Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS and health-tech to inform financial and business recommendations.
  • Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial standards, policies, and internal controls.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial analyst, business analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.
  • Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a high level.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficiencies.
  • Background in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
  • Proficiency with business-intelligence and data-visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with experience in accounting/finance platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SQL-based analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
