  • Provide high-level administrative support, including:
    • Managing complex calendars
    • Booking travel arrangements and reservations
    • Coordinating events and processes
    • Processing expenses in a timely manner
    • Drafting and managing correspondence
    • Providing regular updates on projects
  • Develop a strong understanding of our operations and reflect its professionalism and charisma in written communications.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, managing logistics, and ensuring follow-up.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Liaise with internal teams for seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, Excel, and project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
