Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the resolution and documentation of issues, bugs, and SEVs across all projects.

This role requires strong operational management skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of operational processes. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Standardizing performance management, onboarding, and supporting team managers by ensuring timely gathered and shared feedback, implementing coaching systems, and improving overall team performance.
  2. Managing the internal and external knowledge base (FAQs, Operations Manual) while collaborating with frontline teams who contribute to it.
  3. Tracking bugs, SEVs, and issues across projects within our platform, ensuring their documentation and remediation are complete.
  4. Monitoring overall task management for best practices, coaching teams on new initiatives, and reviewing and standardizing metrics dashboards.
  5. Assisting in developing and implementing operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in operations management, project management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a solid attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel and basic SQL.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent and clear written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
