About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our recruitment team as a Talent Operations Associate. This is a full-time contract position that requires someone with a strong interest in recruiting, operations, or human resources.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative operations, excellent written communication skills, and be comfortable interacting with US-based candidates and teams. They will also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts, respond to candidate inquiries, coordinate and track email campaigns, monitor candidate scheduling, provide feedback on communication templates and scheduling processes, and collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow with our organization and take on more responsibility over time. You will gain hands-on experience in a startup environment and have a real voice in how we scale.

Key Responsibilities
