Job Title: Partnership Development Specialist">

We are seeking a dedicated team member to support our outreach and partnership efforts in the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) sector. This role involves developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NEMT brokers and vendors.

  • Main Responsibilities:">
    • Research and maintain a list of national and state-level NEMT brokers and key contacts.">
    • Send outreach emails, schedule calls, and follow up with brokers and vendor onboarding teams.">
    • Prepare and submit capability statements, RFP forms, and introductory documentation.">
    • Coordinate document collection from affiliates (insurance, licenses, compliance forms).">
    • Maintain a CRM or outreach tracker with current status, deadlines, and next steps.">
    • Assist leadership with administrative and operational support for NEMT onboarding.">
    • Ensure all broker requirements (e.g., vehicle compliance, HIPAA, background checks) are tracked.">
    • Prepare weekly status reports and participate in remote check-in meetings.">
