Job Title: Growth & Partnerships Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead our growth and partnerships efforts. This role involves building and managing strategic relationships with businesses, institutions, and organizations to promote Ridenroll to their employees, customers, or members.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish connections with potential partners via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Develop and manage remote partnerships that contribute to rider acquisition.
  • Deliver engaging online presentations, demos, and webinars to showcase Ridenroll's benefits.
  • Analyze and report on rider acquisition results from partnerships.
  • Cultivate feedback from partners and new riders to enhance strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new acquisition opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or community engagement (preferably in transportation, SaaS, or digital platforms).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills in a remote/digital setting.
  • Able to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, online communication platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
