Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Contribute to writing high-quality help documentation for internal use and customer reference.
  • Elevate complex issues to the technical support team for resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in English (secondary languages are a plus).
  • At least one year of experience in live chat customer support.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language.
  • Critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to learn new software platforms quickly.
