Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues in a timely manner, coordinating with sales and other teams as needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers, fostering professional relationships and capturing feedback via surveys.
  • Manage data quality, ensuring accuracy in tools used in order handling.
  • Analyze statistics and recommend solutions for process improvements.
  • Coordinate with external partners and customers to achieve business targets.
  • Evaluate performance and report results to management.
Required Skills
  • Tertiary education in Electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support operations and order processing.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Familiarity with SAP and knowledge of importation and customs clearance.
