About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chat and email. You will help customers navigate our app, address their queries, and provide them with a best-in-class user experience in English.

You will be the voice of our customers, sharing their feedback and reporting issues to ensure that we continue to improve our product. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to drive innovation and have a direct impact on our product's development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support via chat and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
  • Act as a liaison between our customers and internal teams, facilitating open communication and issue resolution
  • Contribute to the development of our product by sharing customer feedback and insights
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer support or service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong observational skills for process and product improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in English
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • In-depth knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes
  • Able to work within the CEST time zone, committing to 40 hours per week, distributed as 8 hours per day, excluding a 1-hour lunch break
