We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to customers via various channels.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. You will work closely with our engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, and contribute to the development of documentation and knowledge base articles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a prompt and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to identify and resolve underlying technical issues
  • Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participating in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical developments

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux systems administration and scripting languages such as Ruby or Bash. Experience with Git and CI/CD tools is also highly desirable. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
