Job Summary

This role is a vital part of our customer support team, where you will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with the support team to educate customers on best practices and system use
  • Analyse product functionality and identify user errors and root causes
  • Triage customer support issues and assign to the appropriate team or resolve where possible
  • Evaluate and escalate bugs or product concerns as necessary
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Relevant Australian payroll experience (e.g., KeyPay/Employment Hero)
  • Prior experience in a SaaS customer experience environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
