
Customer Support Professional

This role is a vital part of our customer support team, where you will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with the support team to educate customers on best practices and system use
- Analyse product functionality and identify user errors and root causes
- Triage customer support issues and assign to the appropriate team or resolve where possible
- Evaluate and escalate bugs or product concerns as necessary
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Relevant Australian payroll experience (e.g., KeyPay/Employment Hero)
- Prior experience in a SaaS customer experience environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
- A remote working environment with flexible hours
