We're on the hunt for a self-driven Sales Development Representative who can drive their own pipeline from scratch. If you're a natural connector, skilled at building relationships across channels, and have experience qualifying potential clients in the B2B space — we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Proactive Lead Sourcing: You won't be handed a list. You'll take the lead on finding and qualifying potential clients by digging into LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and other online resources.
  • Cold Outreach (Strategic): You'll be reaching out across email, phone, LinkedIn, and even SMS with creative, personalized touchpoints that actually get replies.
  • Booking Qualified Meetings: Your goal is to schedule solid, qualified meetings with decision-makers and getting time locked in on their calendar.
  • Organized Pipeline Management: You'll stay on top of your pipeline using a CRM or spreadsheet, making sure every interaction is logged, follow-ups are timely, and no lead falls through the cracks.
  • Tailored Industry Messaging: You'll get familiar with how our solutions help businesses stand out — especially in hospitality, dental, beauty, and retail — and tailor your pitch accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2.5–5 years doing outbound B2B lead generation and appointment setting, ideally in industries like marketing, SaaS, or advertising.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English, confident voice.
  • Multichannel Outreach Expertise: Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, VoIP dialers, email outreach platforms, and CRMs.
  • Full-Cycle Prospecting Expertise: Comfortable handling everything from identifying leads to securing the meeting.
  • Bonus Skill: Experience targeting small to mid-sized business owners is a big plus.
